Bio
Theresa Hawkins has been extremely active in the performing arts communities in Phoenix Union High School District and Arizona for several years. She has played flute in school ensembles since the 4th grade, holding the titles of First Chair and Section Leader each year. She has been selected to participate in 5 district honor bands (3 in PXU) and multiple ABODA All-Region and All-State band festivals. During her freshman year, she joined the community flute choir at Mesa Community College and has continued to play with them ever since.

She has been a member of Camelback High School's Masque & Gavel club for her entire high school career. In addition to acting in and directing class shows, she has participated in every afterschool production possible. She helped run performances of Camelback's other arts programs, primarily by stage managing. She has been an officer for the club for 3 years, holding the titles of Clerk, Vice President, and President and earned over 300 Thespian points (representative of about 3000 hours of volunteer work)- the highest in troupe history.

Theresa began her choral studies when she joined the Phoenix Children's Chorus in the 5th grade. During her 8 years in the organization, she has performed all across the state, country, and world, including performing with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, singing in Carnegie Hall, and even touring through Argentina and Uruguay. At Camelback, she has taken choir as a class for all 4 years, spending 3 in the top ensemble. She was selected to participate in Greater Phoenix Honor Choir each of the 3 years it was available and qualified for the All-Region and All-State Honor Choir festivals several times.
